Mind Body Medicine (MBM) is a wellness practice focused on self-care and self awareness. These techniques can be used to heal individuals as well as communities, while learning how to process personal stress, trauma, and adversity. A core belief of this system is that everyone has the capacity to heal themselves. The experience is best realized in a group setting as we share our experience together.

The MBM is delivered in the form of a seminar which is held periodically. Over the course of the seminar, you will practice self-care techniques in real time with your group. The groups are small and can comprise of a diverse cohort or people with similar lived experience.
